Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

A. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Authors must only submit scripts that have been read carefully. A manuscript is a scientific paper of research results or conceptual ideas. Written in Indonesian (Indonesia) or English. It is original (no plagiarism) and never published in other media. The justice pen has been using a new template since 2022.

B. WRITING RULER

  1. This manuscript is written 10-15 pages using the Antiqua Book font size 12 with a spacing of 1.25 on the A4 size. More information can be found in the Template Journal!
  2. The systematic results of the writing of the research manuscript include:

a. Title

The title uses effective sentences with a maximum of 15 words and is given a description of the contract number and the source of research funding.

b.  Author Identity

  • Author Name
  • Affiliation
  • Email (Listed e-mail should be active because of the correspondence by e- mail)

c. Abstract contains a brief introduction to the problem, the purpose of the manuscript, the method of research and a brief summary of the outcome. Abstract is a short-spaced written in English with a maximum of 250 words. Written with Trebuchet MS (10 Pt) Italic.

d. The Introduction should be clear and provide legal issues to be discussed in the manuscript. Before the goal, the author must provide an adequate background, and a very brief literature survey to note the existing solutions, to show where the best of previous researchers are, to display what you expect to (to show the limitations), and to show the scientific merit or innovation of the script. In the end, you must explain the urgency and clearly state the purpose of your study. In the final, you should explain the urgentness and explicitly state your purpose of study and mention the research issue in this section.

e. Problem Write the problem learned from your writing here. The problem has to be clear. There's at least one topic to consider.

f. Research methods This method is written descriptively and should provide a statement of research methodology, including research types, research approaches, data sources and analysis methods. The author must explain the mechanisms for analyzing legal issues. This method is as much as possible to give an idea to the reader through the method used, this method is optional, only for the original research article. g. The discussion should explore the meaning of the work, not repeat them. Avoid quoting and discussing published literature. More information can be found in Template Journal!

h. Conclusion

The main conclusions of this study can be presented in the short conclusion section.

i. The author's suggestion should provide suggestions or recommendations related to the object being analyzed and to stimulate further research.

j. References References are based on quotations of articles. Further information can be found in Template Journal

C. Photos and References

Each quotation must include references using footnotes. Footnotes do not contain any explanations or descriptions and contain copyright-protected footernotes as provided for in Act No. 28 of 2014 on copyright. Syntax references in footnote:

1. Book

a. Footer Notes Author's name (not reversed and without title), year of publication, title of the book (in Italian), publishing place/city: publisher, quoted page (written p.) Examples: 1Agus Raharjo, 2018, Cyber Space, Yogyakarta: Genta Publishing, p. 102
