Peranan Guru Bimbingan Dan Konseling Dalam Peningkatan Komunikasi Interpersonal Siswa

Abstract

Interpersonal communication is communication between a communicator and a communicant in an effort to change the nature, opinion and behavior of a person, because it is dialogic in the form of direct conversation and feedback. The phenomenon that exists at MTsN is that there are 8 class VIII students who have low interpersonal communication skills, and what role will the guidance and counseling teacher give at MTsN in improving students' interpersonal communication skills. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of guidance and counseling teachers in improving students' interpersonal communication skills.This study uses a descriptive approach that emphasizes the meaning, reasoning, definition of a particular situation and describes what it is about the behavior of the object being studied. Data collection tools in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the research that the author did, it shows that the role of the supervising and counseling teacher in improving students' interpersonal communication skills is to provide guidance and counseling services, where fellow friends will be welcome to talk about themselves and the problems they face, this is good for being more open, so that Students are able to speak and communicate with others around them.
