Abstract

This study aimed to determine and analyze the effect of teacher competence and learning methods on the motivation of grade VI students at SDN. This research is quantitative research. The samples of this study were all students of class VI SDN. Data analysis was carried out using the SPSS version 25 program. The results of the study indicate that based on multiple linear regression analysis, the results obtained that teacher competence and learning methods have a significantly positive effect on students' learning motivation. This can be seen from the results of the F test with a Fount of 108.124 and a significance value below 0.05, which is 0.000b. Thus, the working hypothesis (Ha), reads, "There is an influence between teacher competence and learning methods on the learning motivation of grade VI students at SDN" is accepted.
