The adolescent phase is characterized by intense peer and romantic relationships, which are often the main focus of their lives, usually leading to toxic relationships. The phenomenon of Fatherlessness, the absence of a father figure, can exacerbate the emotional impact, especially on girls, who tend to have difficulties in building healthy relationships. This study shows that Forgiveness plays an important role in helping adolescent victims of toxic relationships reduce the negative impact of Fatherlessness. The Forgiveness process allows individuals to let go of feelings of resentment and build better self-control. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with a purposive sampling technique and data collection through Forgiveness and Fatherless scale questionnaires. The results showed a significant relationship between the level of Forgiveness and Fatherlessness, which has implications for improving adolescents' emotional well-being and their ability to move out of harmful relationships.
2025-04-12T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2025 Aironi Zuroida, Ardianti Agustinhttps://ejournal.undar.or.id/index.php/idea/article/view/380A Perceived Organizational Support dengan Employee Engagement2025-02-13T19:57:07+07:00Hijriyah Augusty201810056@student.binadarma.ac.idDwi Hurriyatidwi.hurriyati@binadarma.ac.id

ABSTRACT

In carrying out their duties, employees experience various kinds of challenges. The first minor hypothesis is that there is a positive relationship between Work-Life Balance and OCB, and the second hypothesis is that there is a positive relationship between Emotional Intelligence and OCB. This study included multiple regression analysis and assumption tests such as normality, multicollinearity, autocorrelation, and heteroscedasticity. Regression analysis (F = 3.563, p = 0.032, p < 0.05) supports the major hypothesis that Work-Life Balance and Emotional Intelligence impact OCB. The research findings for each minor hypothesis test showed no relationship between Work-Life Balance and OCB (β = 0.97, p = 0.300). This finding indicates that the first minor hypothesis is rejected. Meanwhile, a relationship was found between Emotional Intelligence and OCB (β = 0.228, p = 0.017), which reflects the acceptance of the second minor hypothesis. One key factor that can enhance subjective well-being is gratitude, a positive emotion that fosters appreciation for life and the blessings received. This study aims to analyze the influence of gratitude on the subjective well-being of honorary teachers in Pakel District. A quantitative approach was employed, involving 147 teachers as the sample, selected using purposive sampling techniques. The research instruments included a gratitude scale and a subjective well-being scale, both measured using a Likert scale. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression. The results indicate that gratitude has a positive and significant influence on subjective well-being (R²=52.1%; p<0.05). This finding suggests that higher levels of gratitude correspond to better subjective well-being among teachers. However, 47.9% of the variation in subjective well-being is influenced by other factors, such as social support, working conditions, and demographic characteristics.
