• Article processing charge. [IDR 0 per accepted article], covering editorial handling, DOI registration, and permanent open access. Payment is required only after a manuscript has been formally accepted.
• Reader access. All published articles may be read, downloaded, and distributed free of charge under the open-access policy.
• Waiver policy. A partial or full waiver may be granted, at the discretion of the Editor-in-Chief, to authors with demonstrated financial constraints.
